I was referring to the pre-IND meeting not acquisition of the building.

Doctor F. - It is my understanding that the lab facilities would have to be acquired AND THEN completely built out before FDA can certify. We could easily be talking 6 months or much longer here. But that does not have to hold up any pre-IND discussions or tox studies.

In my view nnvc remains on track as per the 10k.
