"For one thing all these established pros don't have any fresh ideas or they would have tried to change the industry years ago but were satisfied with the status quo. What is missed is that licensed funerary products is a completely new idea to the closed off funeral industry and it took a young person to come up with the idea."

First off Clint was not the first person to come up with this idea.

These people are:

The Memorial Licensing Company™ is the first company in the United States to license a comprehensive line of licensed memorial products. Beginning ten years ago with the Collegiate Memorials® line of college themed memorial products, MLC has become the nation's largest provider of college themed memorial products to status conscious college alumni, university friends, fans, that are designed to celebrate and tell the story of individual lives.

Secondly:

How do you know the established pro's that were already in the industry hadn't thought of this before and after doing research they found out this wasn't going to be enough of a demand for this idea.

WOW...DON'T YOU THINK THIS IS WHY EI ISN'T MAKING THIS IDEA A SUCCESS. DON'T YOU THINK THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE TO SELL SHARES TO EVEN MAKE PAYROLL OR PAY FOR THE LICENSES.

Collegiate Memorials doesn't sell shares to stay in business

Why, Sir Basser, you should know by now that the "idea" man is not necessarily the person with the appropriate skill set to run a business. Unfortunately, some people can never admit that to themselves, and thereby relegate what could have been promising concepts into the graveyard of broken dreams.

And don't forget....that "measly 214 thousand dollars" was the net....the asset value was three quarters of a million dollars.

Don't tell me that a sharp manager couldn't have made this a successful business with that kind of asset base. Now that they're on life support, it's just a question of when to pull the plug.
