2. Completed audit and plastic delivery started by Waste Management Inc?

3. Revised air permit application submitted?

4. SW permit application submitted?

5. First fuel sale of significant size?

6. Definitive next steps with Al Sousa?

7. Status of marine P2O?

8. Permit applications submitted for 2nd state?

9. 2nd JV agreement finalized?

10. Release of 2010 10K?

11. Granting of air and SW permits by NYDEC?

12. Announcement of uplisting effort for the TSX?

13. Submission of permit applications for Canada?

14. Completion of 2nd Processor at NY P2O facility and start of construction for 3rd processor?

Maybe more new hires, fuel sales, media, supply agreements, partnerships with other big companies, Waste Management audit, more processors being built, processors in Canada, JV partnerships in other states, Al Sousa deal moving forward, more politicians perhaps...

Basically JBII to make it to the big scene in a positive way instead of being totally off radar.
