Since we have heard nothing from Mr. Bryan/Watley Group, and our beloved Charles Moskowitz, I am making an uneducated assumption (read speculation) that our esteemed shareholder committee is either working with Mr. Bryan to develop a POR, or is independently developing a POR to present to the court.
