delmar is continuing to dilute.if there is no buy pressue it takes him more days to dilute and more days to raise money unless he already raised good amt of money since october/nov 2010.
either pr will say no 2nd store etc or he will buy more time to raise more money it will be pushed 1/2 more months away or if he has already raised most of the money since oct/nov store can open
the way dilution is going on either 1 or 2 has 100% chances.
