I'm pretty sure it has to be $1/share. I was in S!RI when they were going through their relisting shenanigans last Spring. There are also market cap requirements as well.
The minimum bid price for a NASDAQ listing is $4.00 so we have a ways to go. I will say that I like the fact that SOCU is in the hottest corner of the market- oil and they seem to have a lot of tailwind behind them. If Ronald Brooks can do what he says he will do and put out a winning PR this could be at $4.00 before we know it. An uplisting to the NASDAQ for SOCU would pave the way for SOCU to trade in parity with its relatives on the NYSE- CVX and XOM!
