I think if it were true that some random person at the FCC was aware of a settlement then a whole lot of other people would know as well, and thus we would have seen more volume based on this purported information. However, we don't see the volume, do we. If this is false information it just does more harm then good in the long run. Someone previously reported that with the current BOD, we don't have these bogus leaks as in times past. I can appreciate that.
