Tree Man please do not try to justify the moral and ethical wrong doings that have been committed here by Dean Janes by saying "this is a penny stock".

Just because this is a penny stock does not mean that the CEO has a right to lie and con investors into purchasing shares of his company in order to let his friends and family get out with a hefty profit. There is no justification for this.

Also IMGG only became a penny stock at $0.266 with 375M shares outstanding. Penny stocks are publicly traded stocks that have a market cap of under $100M. Anything above that can be considered small cap.
