The only one that would concern me is the buying %25 of the daily volume, however...I think once every starts to see that the company is buying daily (or as close to daily as allowed) you'll see a lot more people buying this to try to get ahead of the company's buying.

Once they commit to buying this stock is going, going, gone!

I wonder if they even need to follow this regulation since WNRC is non-reporting.
