A bird told me they're (SSBN) in the middle of a name change. Is there ANY way to lookup this information online, so to verify?

Please don't ask me who told me because I can't and won't say.

I'd rather VERIFY the info anyway. This way its not just coming from my mouth but rather actual filings. :-)

I heard they were looking at possibly buying a bank.....it makes sense. The news would certainly be well received for those of us that bought shares down here.
