Six, I have a newby question.

After this first eventual distribution of 60B, what will happen with the funds recovered later, funds that could come in 1/2 years, from trials like Barclays, JPM, or even NOLs. Is this first distribution "closing" the deal with these classes or are the funds recovered later subjected at futures distributions till a 100% of these classes is satisfied?

ok a mere 40 billion to go. how about the substansive consolidation angle?? semms like someone holding the 2billion debt besides us would want to play that angle??

I remember that the competing POR from creditor mentioned that all equities (i.e. including common and preferred stocks) are wiped out. Yes, trust will be paid after all other creditors are fully paid if class is lucky. Then, if anything left, then equity could be getting something, but I doubt.

How do you account for the 100 B in claims? Just the Senior and Subordinated Note Claims amount to $ 98 B. Are you

suggesting the $ 322 B in estimated allowed claims are substantially bogus claims?
