It is very possible, especially if you look at the web site, that the merger is already complete, they just haven't announced it yet for whatever reason. In previous stocks I've played, a late Friday PR can bring huge volume and it allows for the news to get around over the weekend, would be nice.

They did say to Birdgang within 1.5 week time frame on January 5th and then came back on that and told them it was going to take days instead. And Mi na mar also said in filing on January 6th "The merger negotiations are progressing well, and NWTT management expects to finalize the merger within days". You have your interpretation, I have mine. Either way PR Blitz ASAP mina!!!!!!

Just because the 15th is the latest doesn't mean it will happen at the latest. I think when companies make predictions or forecasts, they should do it conservatively, then it always turns out better than expected rather than dragging to the very end or maybe even later than expected and creating disappointment.
