#3402 RE: kingfisher1964 #3390

I must say, there are some similarities developing, as time goes by. After viewing the latest Form 3 document for ETEV, I saw that now the new "family" members have been given a large "piece of the pie". I don't remember Nicosia's family being a part of the picture with VIVK. If I'm reading the thing correctly, with his new move to being CEO of Ethos, he has also included the wife and kids, as partial beneficial owners. This is a common practice, which I've seen in several small companies I've worked for, and also happens even with huge company CEOs. In my view, this only tends to drag the whole picture down a bit, since his family isn't "active" with ETEV, or helping to make the business flourish. I think with Madoff, at least his sons were an active part of the business(helping the scam be successful)......Am I seeing this picture wrongly, or cruelly? Was Nicosia's family always a part of the beneficial ownership? I don't remember ever seeing the breakdown of VIVKs personally held shares before(or Regenecas?). Maybe somebody out there can defend this "position" with, "If he has a wealthy and supportive family, this might help Matt to concentrate on the business"....?????
