That CE thing is an opinion.. No different than what bashers and pumpers have on this board. And don't think, because pinksheetsdotcom is a company, it won't turn azhole, if the bribe money is right imo..

I have never heard of the CE rating before now. Of course I do not know exactly why it was imposed, but if I was in charge, I would have slapped CE on CWRN about a week ago myself. The way this stock was screaming ahead a blowoff top was inevitable. New, uneducated investors climbing aboard had a real chance of losing half of their investment in a blink of an eye ( assuming they panic when it rolled over and sold ). So I would say, yes this is a risky trade and buyer beware. But that's about it ...
