This is the latest news from the past 2 day's WTCT Company statement along with my opinion on #’s 4, 5 &7.

1. WatchIt Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT), an incubator company focused on breakthrough energy efficient technologies, announced that it has completed and posted an "Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement" on Pink Sheets.com as well as a legal opinion letter supporting the information in the disclosure. The Company expects to be listed as "current information" on the other OC Market Tier within three to five business days, or as soon as the documentation is officially reviewed by Pink Sheets. The statement can be reviewed on the financial section of WatchIt Technologies Inc. on Pink sheets.

2. The Company's flagship product is the revolutionary "Fuel Reformer" technology. The Company recently completed testing and validation at an EPA Certified Lab. Tests results will be officially released later in the month, but the Company reports that the results were beyond their expectations. The revolutionary device is mounted between the gas tank and the fuel rails.

3. In addition, the Company plans to release additional testing results from a recent comprehensive assessment of its revolutionary "Fuel Reformer" technology in the very near term, the results of which management believes will be exceedingly positive.

6. WatchIt Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) announced today that it has been elevated by Pink OTC Market's Issuer Services to the Pink Sheets Current Information designation. According to the company, Pink Sheets has finished the review of the "Current Information" disclosure statement and the attorney letter for the period ending September 30, 2010 and WatchIt Technologies will be moved to the Pink Sheets Current Information tier by the open of the market.
