doone...months ago during the heydey of the debate was researched that bulk minutes for 800-type service could be had for as little as .02/minute. That was based on one company's usage alone getting such a rate. GOIG, on the other hand, would be handling the calls for tens/hundreds if not thousands of companies, hopefully eventually, and the call volume alone would precipitate an even better rate than .02, hence .01.
As it stands now, we wouldn't actually have the volume to get such a price. We'd probably be paying closer to .025-.03/minute. I just wanted to use that low figure since I wanted to look at it from both pos/neg sides: positive, that our cost would be low enough to where we could actually charge even less to entice new clients and still make plenty of margin....and negative in that we are incurring costs by spending money we don't have. I just used the lower figure to make the pain less.
