Good point, but without knowing this for sure, why did the value increase 87%. I have been able to see the partners financial staements to verify that could be the case.
And then the worry is at what price does oil need to be at to make the investment worth while. I did alot of info on re-hab of wells to get production up, and its a huge liability to front if it does not pay off.
