By far, the most amusing document I have read in a long while. Besides a series of flawed, seemingly off-the cuff decisions, Micheal Kelly needs some counsel about what you don't put on letterhead. You don't put it in an email, you don't discuss it on the phone. You don't have your lawyer call their lawyer. You outline it at someplace like Morton's and hope to God the Attorney General didn't get authorization to bug the place.
