The company has entered the final stages of new board member selection. It is the company"s intention to have 1-2 new board members in place by early to mid-January 2011.

Due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, it has been unable to meet its anticipated retail introduction date for etc. brand vanities. The introduction will begin soon (anticipated in days)

WTH...it's been months now and there are no updates...yes, there are some updates, but that's 1 B share dilution.

The company expects to soon begin releasing its financial reports in a timely manner. The company will be unable to meet the September 1st target date to become current with Pinksheets.com; however, it expects to proceed with the financial filing process as soon as the company receives specific information along with the RSA security device from Pink OTC Markets Inc.

The company anticipates continued debt reduction in anticipation of a stronger balance sheet at the end of 2010. It is vital to the company to have an attractive balance sheet by January 1, 2011

IMO, Having attractive balance sheet is definitely a material event, why there is no PR after couple of weeks passed Jan. 1???

Did we see any updates on the above PR which I have missed??? I think one has to wear pink glasses, in order to find some excuse for not getting any updates and keep supporting management with their daily BS games.

My information is quite current and valid. You implied JD Brown was listed on the NV site as Chairman of the Board or Director (depending on which post one has read over the past week) and that it had been so since the SM. Then I posted the current link twice (disproving your earlier claim that my info was "months old"), you saw he was not listed as anything but "President" and re-wrote a new "version" of the thread to conform to your own fluid Expo Holdings reality. The facts are there for anyone caring to check. No one is being fooled that isn't baffled by JD Brown BS already. EXPH history repeats itself...as always. IMHO.
