Nah I dont think its possible because from my understanding, Dragonite is the only owner (besides the 300K shares or so bought today and yesterday by who knows who) of this DGTLF and I think their only goal is to track the HK 0329 AND allow new investor inflows for a cheap price until it gets to fair, then they could start to keep the ask at a final ceiling or drop it, until then I think they dont mind if overseas investors snap up cheap shares, as long as it is not for a large stake, though I imagine the sheer volume and pps movements will take care of that until fair price is reached.
