Jeff: Based on his activities just days prior to his departure, I think it is unlikely he anticipated the termination of his contract. Since he was attempting to raise funding in the EU community, he also knew at that time there was no Big Transaction AS HE LEGALLY PROMISED TO YA. So think about, no Big Transaction and Iain's contract is subsequently terminated. The dots are not tough to connect on this one.
