cap...then i agree...i didnt know about the base salary...then that makes a diffference...imo..they can take a base salary and wait for the commissions once zyxi gets paid

Are you sure the sales force of Independent reps are being paid a base salary? I know someone who interviewed for a position and it was 100% commission. It was around 90 days ago.
