Thanks colorado. I have been reviewing posts on multiple boards recently but nobody seems to mention recent conversations with management and the pending 10K.
Nothing has changed, the Attorneys and auditors are still working on completing their side of the deal. It will be filed when MSEP gets it back.
I just want to add that IMO we are going to see it in the required time by the SEC. There must be some kind of law that auditors and lawyers can't keep it past the filing date, right? Anyone know?
