Subject: Investor Questions

Mr. XXXXX, please see my responses below, and thank you very much for your
email and support of the Company.

Kaitnick: I have a number of topics/concerns. If you can answer
them the best you can, I would appreciate it.

Topic 1: Transparency

Tony, when you first took over ENTI, you pledged transparency.
It happened in the beginning and brought Investor confidence to this stock.
Lately that has changed.

The gag on the TA, not informing us of future Artists, Judges etc.
Even the Membership counts. I believe your reasoning is that a few people
went to the extreme on contacting Artists and the TA. I agree that
this was wrong, but to hold back is not fair to most of the Investors.

You want us to trust you in directing this Company's success,
but you do not trust the Investors?

CEO Anthony DiBiase: This was not done in spite, but rather to
make the move to the next Board easier, which will benefit all.
I do not plan on changing my decision at this time on these items,
some of which were directed by my Corporate Attorney.

Kaitnick: Topic 2: The Near Future

The few comments that you have made are vague and months away from happening.

I agree patience is needed, but the lack of transparency your mistrust of
Investors and MMs is causing doubt. You are very lucky. You are in the Pinks and
have very loyal Investors. In the Pinks, an Investor is usually for just a few hours.

My point is these loyal Investors do want to see their investments grow.
Do not lose this loyalty in the next few weeks. I understand some
information cannot be given out, but something most likely can.

CEO Anthony DiBiase: I agree I am very lucky to have such a
loyal Investor base. Again, my Attorney is driving what is disclosed during
this Registration process to the next board.

Kaitnick: Topic 3: Concerts

I love your concert idea. I believe people would pay to see an online concert
streamed on their TVs as a Pay-Per-View event. May I suggest that
you offer buying tiers:

Tier 1: Single-angle view of the concert. Good view, but only one angle,
as though you are sitting in a seat.

Tier 2: Multiple views from the seats and even on-stage.

Tier 3: Multiple views, but offering behind-the-scenes. Maybe showing
the Artists before and after the concert.

CEO Anthony DiBiase: Thank you for the input. Most appreciated!

Kaitnick: Topic 4: Selling of Memorabilia

I believe you told someone you are improving the MMX site to pay for
songs and videos. Please Do!!

May I also suggest adding Artist memorabilia such as T-shirts, stickers,
hats, etc. Kind of like you would get going to a concert or visiting
an Artist fan Website. Could be another revenue stream.

CEO Anthony DiBiase: Agreed.

Kaitnick: Topic 5: Contest Awards

So far, great awards, but can I suggest the following:

* All-expense-paid trip to the Artist concert.
Maybe even meet the Artist backstage.

* Ability to meet someone in the Music Video Industry. Meeting an
Industry insider would be a great way for a Contest Winner to advance
in that field.

CEO Anthony DiBiase: All those ideas are on the radar screen.

Kaitnick: Topic 6: Advertising

Are you considering placing ads on the Website?
Even in a limited amount, they would generate revenue.

CEO Anthony DiBiase: Not at this time, since it is not
part of the business plan.
