Here is one that Draco loss for the same reasons he is screwing with us. Also, is he so rich that he has made it on the Forbes 400 richest people list? I do not remember seeing his name. I think he and his lawyers just try and take advantage of companies who at the time need a little help and then he tries to really stick it to him. I agree with someone else's assessment, he would make a lot more money, more quickly if he takes a reasonable settlement and lets this snowball start rolling.

I respectfully disagree that he isn't aware of Calypso. He has a whole lot to gain from his association with Calypso. Not just the 1.25 million promissory note. I believe he is intimately aware of the stock holding he has and the potential for this being worth more than anything else he's involved with. Why else would he have continued to fight with Calypso ? If Calypso was insignificant he would have ended this relationship long ago. What his people haven't told him yet is that the previous game plan isn't working and he needs to get a different game plan if he wants to make it a profitable endeavor. I think we are also overlooking Calypso's letter to him in which it was stated "You may keep all cash you have extorted from us to date (including the illegal profits from the shares you sold contrary to rules and regulations (we cannot guarantee the authorities will not attempt recovery or fines against you, only that Calypso will not induce any such investigations.)" I would guess this might be off the table pretty soon, if the Daic parties don't settle.
