Thank you for your reply. I agree with you on most of what you have said and 100% on what you have said about this company.

I am getting the feeling that we (as posters) do indeed sway observers to buy - hold or sell...but to what extent would vary greatly with each stock and I have no way of knowing if it could ever be verified. Just my feelings.

If I was a stockholder here or considering buying I would want to know the terms of the Preferred stock (restricted till Sept 11) owned by management....

number of shares and conversion as some preferred stock converts in multiples i.e. 1 to 50 pref to common....

never the less....as long as A/S remains at 7.5 million fully diluted to a O/S of the total 7.5 M when/if a company has net revenues the price can move up fast for a small O/S structure....
