take the central index key off of that nevada filing (0001168458) and search this website for it.

http://sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html

comes back as BLRVQ.

then go to the shasta gold website. only way i could find to contact them was by email. got this response from tim callaway:

"Actually we are a private company.The federal bankruptcy court cancelled the old equity(shares) in the approved plan of reorg. The new owners own 100% of the equity in Shasta Gold Corp. I have no knowledge regarding pink sheet listings or symbols.You could probably contact the exchange that lists the stock for more info."

i did the DD on this one a few weeks back and all it did for me was leave my head spinning. everything says its a traded company except the guy running the show. so who knows?
