SCMI didn`t trade higher because the PR was not that Darknoise was completed but only to transfer intellectual property including inventions, pending patents, research and development as well as all equipment and property relating to current joint development initiatives.
The MM`s take this type of PR as Fluff with no teeth.
We need PR`s with revenues attached with these progress report type of announcements. The only way for a progress type PR to effect the PPS is to get off the pinks, and I hope this is in the pipeline.
