I believe there is a correlation between NAK and LBSR. Obviously, the proximity. But even more interesting is the talk of a joint venture, company loans and paying for filing fees. Why would NAK pay for filing fees on LBSR's claims? They absolutely want to make sure the filing process is executed correctly.
It is true that we may be at their mercy for the time being, but ultimately, time will tell if the value of the claims is worth more than the current share price/market valuation. If NAK continues to rise and commodities do the same, then LBSR is in good company.
