Wait, but the Form 4 makes it sound like all his shares were sold on the 5th? Where does it say they finished selling today? What I'm getting at is how could this sale of 6 million shares possibly be keeping the PPS down today and the previous couple days if it was all sold a week ago?
I am hoping I misunderstood and the 6 million have been liquidating this whole time. If that's true then a major barrier on the ask side has been removed and this thing should get some serious legs, especially with mention at conference tomorrow or any additional PR.
