Holland has no connection to these scams hence his name is nowhere to be found, not even on any stock registrations yet Marshall's name is all over it.

What? Marshall's name appears nowhere in the S-1 registration filed by Supatcha in 2007. Neither does Aiello's.

Marshall was also a director and will soon end up like Brent Pierce as they both used the same banker at HYPO for years.

Marshall is currently a director of Supatcha. He was named on 30 December 2010. He hadn't been an officer or director at any time before that. He says he had nothing to do with it and wants his name removed.

You can go on and on about what a nasty piece of work Marshall is -- as opposed to that pillar of the community Holland -- but you won't provide anything useful like the source of those documents and pictures that you provided to the pumpers back at the end of October.

You make an interesting point about Pierce and Marshall using the same banker. Do you recall the banker's name?

I am not here to defend Marshall. I just don't think shooting up someone's house is the way to go. Why didn't all of Marshall's victims go to the RCMP or are they (where they) on his payroll, too?

Agree that out of the 3 (Marshall, Smid, Holland), Marshall's by far the brightest.

The Talley situation can't be explained. Marshall had no contacts in Santa Barbara. Smid's buddy, Eade, is the one with contacts there.
