John Durbin from TIV has referred my last email to him to Jenifer Kirtland who helps him with investor relations. She just called me. We spoke for about 6 or seven minutes talking about the content of my email to Durbin which was mainly about the huge turnover of shares of somewhere between 20 and 30 million shares with no real public stimulus coming from tiv. She went over the last announcement from tiv having to do with their corporate financial restructuring in order to remain listed. She also pointed out the hiring of C. K. Cooper & Company of Irvine, California, to sell approximately 1.5 million new shares at market, to provide additional funds for tiv.
I pointed out to her the 1.5 million shares are drop in the bucket compared to the volume of the past three weeks and that the selling is so understandable, but that there is a seemingly an unnatural demand for those shares with all that has been made public to this date. She agreed.
She was surprised to find out the huge number of shares traded and said she will make some phone calls and call me back either tomorrow or the next day.
She sounded very forthcoming and I am looking forward to her next phone call.

Specialist + large shareholders collude and leverage any PR no matter how ridiculous, immaterial or similar to past PRs, churn the stock swapping shares back and forth, move the pps up and down and snag the unwary along the way.

Look at the snags they made selling to the $0.50 to $1.00 buyers, confident in selling because they knew they would take it back down to sub-$0.50 for re-loading.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

About as good a reason as any for all the recent volume lol
