I don't see how this "drowns" flippers though as it only gives them cheap inventory from which to flip with at higher levels and stalling us with large selling volumes in the .002s.

Unless these shares are being bought and held for much higher prices from long holders I don't see how it negatively impacts the Flippa-ramas.

I saw that action as more of the low volume, no news activity. That deters flippers from buying because they don't want to be "stuck" in a play with no volatility.
