I believe when someone mentions the float is tight they r referring to the hands holding the shares. A 400 million share float is by no means small, but also by no means huge. If u r to truly be concerned it would follow that u would mention the total share structure. And yes, u r correct, that restricted shares r not restricted forever. As previously mentioned, Vals intention is to shrink the tradable shares not dilute. We can all guess or insinuate other motives by CEO, but it is baseless if it is just speculation. I'm not here to convince those who believe otherwise that Otow will move soon. I am just here to let those interested in investing make an educated decision. The rest is up to each individual. Know this ihubbers, matters not what anyone posts, in the end a stock which is ready to run will run. A small group of us posting affects nothing. When, as a good friend of mine says, the proper combination of news comes out it provides the catalyst needed.
