yes I know situation when shares are canceled.
But it happened when company is in ruin and isn't there any property.
So I'm wondered by that situation when JAL is superior company and all debts will be payed by shareholders. is it normal ? :-O

To your second point. I'm from Czech republic. Since 1993 exist two states Czech and Slovak but I'm there as home :)
