here is a question. how is EEL conducting psc's without STP knowing who the partner is, i find this strange? Is he saying they are waiting for them to name their partner publicly or they don't know who it is? hard to understand their methods over there.

also, if he is saying tullow is to partner with erhc, then surely he knows who EEL's partner is?
