Actual the first installment from Jared is due on or before Jan 17th and EESO entire fine is due on or before Jan 17th.

All banks and courts will be closed on Jan 17th because of MLK Day. As a result it would seem logical to me that the fines will have to be paid on the 14th or if possible sometime on the weekend before the 17th?

The SEC has already reviewed EESO's financials as part of the investigation and knows what amount of fine they would be able to pay. IMHO GLTA
