Joe doesn't' read the boards and I have emails to prove it. He may have two years ago, but no longer. I wouldn't read the boards if I was Joe. Here is a man who is winning award after award in his community because of the individual he is and impact he is having on lives. Here on this board he is getting slaughtered, made fun of, and completely torn apart. I can't imagine that would be fun for anyone to read about themselves.
Joe is a good man and a great CEO. These type of individuals always rise above their challenges and come off conquerers. The reason Joe responds is because he is a thoughtful and caring individual. He wants to respond to questions, but when they are constantly accusing him, and barraging him with incorrect data I am sure it becomes frustrating.
Joe's purpose is bigger than your pocketbook. I know that is hard to believe, but it is true. His first responsibility is to his employees, then to the people he serves with his publication and then to the shareholders. He has taken care of each group in the proper order. The share holders will be taken care of with time, but he had other matters of greater importance first.
