#17801 RE: Digra Ive #17798

We are not dealing with the devil only a desperate company. As you point out, at the end of June, the O/S was about 4.1 billion. Not much traded until the middle of September when the pump started after the 9/14/10 PR. When asked yesterday by Gold Guy111, Joe admitted the O/S was maxed out at 5 billion shares. (see post #17757) If you go back and check dndneph posts back in September, he said on more than one occasion the Joe had promised no more dilution and no reverse. That turned out to be a lie because they diluted an additional 900MM shares. The previous year when this ran from no bid to a high of $0.0024, Joe diluted the stock by over a billion shares! How he got away with it is still a puzzle to me. I guess he thought he could get away with that again.

No one is really going to know what is going on with this company until we see the next filing. While some believe the company has had a turn-a-round, I do not. I think we will see that the debt keeps on getting wider and higher, just like all the BS we hear from him and the company. I wish I was wrong for the sake of the shareholders, but that has been the history of this company at least since 2006.
