Decent shape - problem is seen, and this is specific to cup and handles, when you back out to see more on a longer time chart - too much congestion to the left. Cup and handles perform best when a clear strong uptrend precedes, WM characterizes more sideways action; that could easily, equally be a double top. Not enough confirming evidence to say cup and handle there for me - shape is not enough (especially on these). Contrary to O'Neil they are not the best performers, this is due to the fact that they are only true cup and handles when given set of secondary factors exists, shape is not enough; but when correctly i.d.'d they can be very powerful.
