EXPERIENCE, INTEGRITY, PERFORMANCE

The NIR Group Family of Funds provides investors with multiple alternative investment strategies within separately managed funds.

The NIR Group, LLC is an alternative investment firm focusing on strategies that are structured to mitigate risk and produce returns in all market environments.

Founded in 1998, NIR initially focused its investment strategy on direct investments in small/micro-cap public companies that have emerging growth, distressed, and developmental stage businesses. NIR has emerged as one of the most active investment fund managers in this financing sector. While utilizing a stringent system of due diligence, NIR allows for a thorough and expeditious funding process that is geared to deliver maximum financial return, while greatly limiting risk to our investors.

NIR has since expanded its investment strategies to include investments in commodities and structured finance instruments. Preservation of capital is of paramount importance and we utilize extensive risk management to achieve our results. Each strategy is separately managed by it's own management team for both high net worth and institutional investors.

Hope this helps clarify who EPGL climbed into bed with and made a terrible mess of things. Now, EPGL wants to restructure their indebtedness to N.I.R. and others before 'we' shareholders or should I say bagholders, get paid on 'our' investment.

NIR gets it's money no matter what

they get their profit regardless of whether the stock goes up or down.

They don't INVEST in companies. Their profit is locked in.

Your company will endlessly print shares to sell to NIR for NIR's benefit which will immediately be sold into the market by NIR. The dilution will eventually overwhelm your stock price. When the stock price gets to the low .000's, your company will effect a reverse split and it all begins again.

If your company decides to stop paying NIR, they will sue you in a New York court and very quickly get a judgement that will increase your loan balance by 100% or more. NIR hasn't lost a court case and I see 30 or so listed on the NY supreme court web site.

Your company is not unique or somehow immune to what has gone on with every other company here before it. Your company is either a penny stock scam, or your management is too dumb to realize they are now involved in a penny stock scam.

NIR is like the Hotel California if you catch my drift.

Enjoy your expensive education.

(I know..... but your company has a real product! It isn't like all of the others here. ) LOL Good Luck!
