Actually ...the term "Option agreement" ...IS.... the first part of a Joint Venture contract ,,,,so if Let's say...KATX / Kat Gold holdings. were to put out a filing in March or so and state "As part of our Groth straatigy KATX is Optioning the Cabot and ,,,some other foling would say something like "Katx is planing on Drilling one additional Gold and Copper Propety within a Joint venture agreement"...........................Oh wait!!.... that exactly did happen...... sweet dreams! MMM MMM MMM
