Can you post a link on how this applies to Wyoming law? You realize that each state has their own set of laws. What you posted looks like a generalized google search.

BBDA didn't file an annual report or pay the corporate tax so it was dissolved involuntarily. Weber had from 11/1 until 1/1 to resolve it and didn't. According to Wyoming statutes, the Secretary of State can dissolve it after 60 days. The 60 days were up and off it went.
