So your in escense saying you put no credibility in the ZLUS management team and the deals they make. I really doubt they would make a deal that is not beneficial to the company and its shareholders. As far as filings are concerned these are forthcoming however running filings through govt. agencies takes time, something evidently some of you have little of.. Let me ask a question...If I told you I knew of a sub-penny Oil Company that struck Oil and they plan on drilling a new well every 10-15 days because they can, whould you buy shares in this company.
