I know you may have the opinion that investors should "back off and give him some room", and by all means you're entitled to that opinion given the timing of your entrance into Lecere's operations. But please understand that many long term shareholders have every right to be concerned about the Share structure (including the A/S) and actually have the right to be downright mad at Jim. Jim CLEARLY stated to the shareholders that he would not do an RS until the company has turned a profit, in order to minimize the risk of a declining pps Post-RS. I haven't seen any evidence of a profitable Lecere yet, so in alot of investors opinion, Jim lied to them after they had stayed very loyal to the company and have defended against the ones that the recent lawsuit is most likely aimed at. As you can see, even if an investor initially bought into the company at .0001 before the R/S, there investment (@ $0.15 pps) is now worth 85% less than they paid for the shares at .0001.
And these investors are the exact ones that ENABLED Lecere to continue it's operations thru all of the 504 investor capital raising. Without THESE investors, Lecere most likely WOULD NOT EXIST. These points need to be remembered by Jim and by the IR firm. In my opinion, Jim and Lecere OWE these investors thanks for sticking thru those hard times. The pressure is on Jim and only Jim to make this company a success for those still invested in it and for future shareholders to invest in.
FYI.....I'm fortunate enough to have sold all of my remaining shares at .0003 and maintaining what was left of my investment at that level.
