A lot of cost and effort is associated with renewing the licenses. If the technology is worthless why even waste the effort? Why not just write it off or give it away to charity?
Why do you keep posting this "no bid" nonsense. Read IDT's financial statements. They CLEARLY indicate there is interest in the spectrum portfolio.
