I know why he reverse split, but we (small investors) were totally destroyed by the reverse split, and Jim goes right back and raises the A/S when some, such as myself, still don't even have post R/S shares.

My question is not why did he reverse split, but rather why was the R/S so drastic when he is already changing the share structure again not even one month after the split? There have been no reported revenues and we haven't had a customer count for the past 2 or 3 months, so there was no way going into this R/S that the price would even hold $1, let along $5.

this is just a silly post...to get on radars of institutional investors you would implement an R/S before delivering revenues??? and expect the pps to stay the same or even grow??? WOW!

In order to reach OTCBB or AMEX the right way a smart IR rep firm would have suggested to do the following:
FIRST - GROW revenues and become proven profitable
SECOND - Become Fully reporting SEC company
THIRD - get the share price up from $0.0001 up to a "whopping" $0.0005 per share with a solid revenue stream and profitability. this is what Jim was "promising" would happen in the first place.
THEN after that do the R/S, and maybe...just maybe with the solid revenue stream and profitability, a 1 / 10,000 R/S would have resulted in a $5 per share price and it might have maintained it.

There you go...how simple is that logic. Maybe Jim will hire me for his IR team...LMAO!
