I know why he reverse split, but we (small investors) were totally destroyed by the reverse split, and Jim goes right back and raises the A/S when some, such as myself, still don't even have post R/S shares.
My question is not why did he reverse split, but rather why was the R/S so drastic when he is already changing the share structure again not even one month after the split? There have been no reported revenues and we haven't had a customer count for the past 2 or 3 months, so there was no way going into this R/S that the price would even hold $1, let along $5.
