I think it's in reference to the "business" mentioned in this section.....

As of July 31, 2010, we do not have any customers buying advertising. If our business fails, you will lose all or part of your investment.

Yeah, the business might fail. Like all the others failed. And caused all the previous shareholders to lose their money after the R/Ss.

Speaking of which, will Turk do another this year or just raise the A/S? You know it'll be one or the other.
