ICOA has been in business over 20 years. This is not a fly by night operation. If you look at the years around 2001-5 ICOA was very successful,CEO George then left thinking he could retire but it didnt work out and now he is back cleaning up the mess left from past management, It will take time, but they will be back stronger then before from what I can see.
