It is time for the EC to take charge and bring the nuclear arsenal to this party. We all have been waiting patiently and appropriately so for the POR confirmation process to run it's course. It is done, finished, finito. If there ever was an opportunity for someone to walk through the door that opened on January 7th, the time is now and Susman, Nelson and company are the ones to accomplish this concept.

Or take the litigation claims and take them to trial, unless of coarse they are willing to purchase releases?


They need releases from shareholders!
